A service contract allows you to pre-purchase a set number of services at a set price. This means that you know exactly how much you're going to spend on servicing in the future, even if prices rise.
The key benefits of our service plans
Flexibility
You can choose how long your service plan lasts, and it is based on either time or kilometers travelled (whichever comes first), so long as it covers a minimum of two service internals. For example, you could take out a Isuzu Service Contract for two years/30,000kms or three years/45,000kms etc. It’s up to you.
Trained Experts
Regular scheduled servicing within our network has real benefits. Our specialist technicians use Isuzu diagnostic equipment to spot things that may be missed by the untrained eye. They’re trained to the highest level as part of Isuzu global training standards, and they have access to factory supplied information specific to your vehicle. It is this level of expertise and information that you simply won’t get if you decide to take your Isuzu to your local garage.
Isuzu Genuine Parts
We use genuine Isuzu parts, of course. These parts are built and tested to be specifically correct for your vehicle. Your safety is our number one priority. We can’t vouch for the safety or performance of non-Isuzu parts. Slightly off or incorrectly installed parts will compromise the integrity of your vehicle.

How many services can I purchase?
You can pick the number of service intervals that you would like from as little as 2 intervals.
Service intervals on the latest Isuzu D-Max and MU-X model occur every 15,000km or 12 months (whichever you reach first).
*If your vehicle is subject to “Severe Operating Conditions”, your service intervals will differ, please refer to your owner’s manual for clarification or contact your local Isuzu dealer

Where can I redeem my service contract?
You can redeem your pre-paid servicing at any of our Isuzu Utes service dealerships up and down the country. To view these, please visit our Find a Dealer page.
Will the parts used be genuine Isuzu parts?
They sure will be, rest assured that only guaranteed new Isuzu Genuine Parts will be fitted during services. Your service will be carried out by a trained and qualified Isuzu Service Technician.
Can the Service Contract be transferred?
Yes, you can transfer your Isuzu Prepaid Service Contract to the new owner is you decide to sell your Isuzu. Always a nice resale value bonus! Service Contacts cannot be transferred between vehicles as each vehicles servicing may vary.
