Isuzu Utes New Zealand COVID-19 Updates

At Isuzu Utes New Zealand we are taking COVID-19 very seriously. The health and wellbeing of our customers, our dealerships and our staff is our top priority and we have put several steps in place.

We will keep this page updated with any new information we have relating to the virus and the impact on our staff, dealerships and customers.


As a result of the Government’s announcement regarding a nationwide closure on non-essential services, Isuzu Utes Dealerships will be closed as of Thursday 26th March for a minimum of four weeks or until the lockdown is lifted.

Dealership staff will remain available to talk to you about your vehicle requirements remotely. To contact your local dealership please head to our find your dealer page.

During this time they will be unable to complete vehicle servicing. For information on essential services, please see below.


Essential Services:

There are many essential services throughout New Zealand that rely on Isuzu vehicles. Isuzu Utes are able to provide support to these essential services with vehicle servicing and parts. Please contact Isuzu Utes on 0800 ISUZU NZ (478 986) to arrange this.


Roadside Assistance:

Isuzu Utes 24/7 Roadside Assistance will be operating as an essential service and is available by dialling 0800 ISUZU NZ (478 986).

There will be some limitations to the level of support provided, please bear in mind that the Roadside Assistance team are working remotely and are in high demand so we appreciate your patience.


Isuzu Utes New Zealand Head Office:

The office doors are closed as of Thursday 25 March for four weeks and during this time the Isuzu Utes New Zealand team will be working from home.
