ISUZU Auckland fc tickets giveaway – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this Isuzu Auckland FC Tickets Giveaway (“Promotion”) and by accepting a Prize, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from 28/04/2026 to 01/05/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility & Entry

To enter the Promotion and have the chance to win the Prize, you must:
a) Be a New Zealand resident, currently living in New Zealand.
b) Not be related to or have any affiliations with an Isuzu Utes New Zealand employee.

The Promotion is not open to employees of Isuzu Utes New Zealand Limited and their families, subsidiaries, agents, and affiliates.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prize Draw

The Prize consists of:
Five (5) double passes (10 tickets total) to the Isuzu UTE A-League Elimination Final – Auckland FC vs Melbourne City FC at Go Media Stadium on 02/05/2026.

The winner(s) will be randomly drawn after the Promotion Period, on 01/05/2026.

The first five (5) valid entries randomly drawn will each win one (1) double pass.

The Prize winner(s) will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

The Prize winner(s) must respond by 3pm on 01/05/2026 to accept the Prize. If a winner fails to respond within this period, Isuzu Utes New Zealand reserves the right to re-draw the Prize and announce a new winner.

The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

The Promoter is Isuzu Utes New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”).

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the Promotion, and to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of any Prize if there is any suspicion of fraudulent or improper activity in connection with the Promotion.

If you accept the Prize, you are responsible, at your own cost, for any additional expenses incurred in connection with the Prize (including travel to and from the event).

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion.

All Promotion entries become the property of the Promoter.

By entering, you agree that if you are a Prize winner, your name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in all media by the Promoter, without remuneration.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any other party associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to receive further information from Isuzu Utes New Zealand Limited, including products, services, and offers, via the contact details you provide.
